The Information Technology Department (IT) provides a wide range of technology services and support for students, faculty, and staff. IT delivers many services to the college in the following areas:

Help Desk Support

For additional technical support please consult the Tech Tutorials page or contact the Help Desk by ChatNow (bottom right corner of this screen), or (413) 755-4016. To ensure your security, we cannot change passwords over the phone. On-campus meetings are by appointment only.

Excluding school vacations and holidays, the Help Desk is open on the following days and times. 

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. 
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 p.m. (ChatNow only)
